Please come join us on Wednesday, November 11th for our annual, very personal Remembrance Day service.
The ceremony will be held at 10:45am at the Veterans’ area, below the Canadian flag, rear and centre of the cemetery. See our map for more details.
There will be an honour guard, a piper, and a few speakers to tell stories about the veterans resting here in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The event is open to the public. Chairs will be provided and the service is audio enhanced.
During the service, we will fire a Howitzer at the beginning and at the end of the moment of silence. The police and fire services will be in attendance, as well as the 11th Field Regiment of Royal Canadian Artillery.
